13. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, n the first instance you must email the office at sales@archmerchandising.com within 21 days of the date on your receipt’’, you must add to the email several clear photographs with different angles of the damage/fault, this will then be confirm back to you that your complaint has been received, we will then investigate the damage/fault and after a decision has been made we will be back in contact to discuss this further, where applicable there may be a replacement, repair or refund in accordance the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
